Charles was a Denver native who had a family with four kids, served in the Air Force, had a career in the Denver radio business as co-owner of KFML in the mid 1960's (later acquired by KIMN radio) then went on to radio executive advertising followed by running a battery business, "Bronco Battery and Golf Cart Company". Charlie is best remembered by his likeable character, surprisingly direct sense of humor and his everlasting persistence with the "stirring up of chaos".

He spent the more recent years making Peace with God, his family and friends while spending 12 years at the Briarwood Health Care facility just before going home to Jesus on September 9th, 2012.
