Charles E. Overholts, 59, of Eaton, died Friday morning, Oct. 15, 2004, at Heartland of Eaton following a lengthy illness.
Born Aug. 19, 1945, in Eaton, he was the son of Homer and Frances (Vining) Overholts. He was known by area CB'ers as "Good Time Charlie."
He was preceded in death by his father, in 1983; and a brother, Kenneth Overholts, in 2002.
Survivors include his mother, Frances of Eaton; sisters, Berniece (James) Moodie of Eaton and Brenda (George) Profitt of Wise, Va.; a brother, Richard (Audrey) Overholts of Eaton; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Monday, Oct. 18, 2004, at Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria, followed by burial in Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
