Margaret Williams, daughter of George (c1703-50) and Jane Pope Williams (c1708-), was born on April 17, 1732, in Stafford County, Va. She inherited 200 acres in Prince William County, Va. from her father. She married in 1746, Captain John Ralls Jr. (1724-1762). Their seven children were John (1748-), Lydia Beck (1749-c1830), George (1751-), Hephzeha (1753-), Nathaniel Williams (1754-1827), Hepzibah (1756-), and Charles Ralls (1758-).


Margaret Williams died in 1815. Her husband, John Ralls Jr., died in 1763. They are probably buried in Stafford County.
