Algonac, Nov. 6 --- Funeral services for Joseph R. Phelps, 65, who died Friday in the home of his sister, Mrs. Henry Aspenleiter, Detroit, were conducted this afternoon in the Gilbert Funeral Chapel by Rev. Roland T. Lotridge, pastor of the Church of Christ, with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery.
