Peden , 31, Independence, who died May 5, 1991, at Truman Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Mount Moriah Terrace Park Chapel; burial in Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the chapel. Mr. Peden was a lifelong area resident. He was a journeyman sheet-metal worker and a member of Local 2 of the Sheet Metal Workers Union. He was a Methodist and a member of the Rising Sun Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his parents, William C. and Donna Peden of Kansas City, and two brothers, William C. Peden III, Kansas City, and Craig Alan Peden , North Kansas City
