CECILIA L. MARKS, 94, DIES SUNDAY
Cecelia Lenora Marks, 94, 514 F. N. E., died at her home Sunday morning.
Born Dec 16, 1894, at Brookfield, Mo., Mrs. Marks moved to Miami in 1907. She was a former employee of Bell Telephone Company and had been a precinct worker for 35 years. Mrs. Marks was a foster grandparent for the Seneca Indian School for 10 years. She was a member of Bethany Christian Church.
Survivors include one son, Darrell Marks of the home; one daughter, Lorena Hoffman, Miami; one sister, Nina Martin, Miami; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the G.A.R. cemetery.
Dr. Daryl Bates will officiate.
Burial will be under the direction of the Cooper Funeral Home, Miami.
