Mrs. Elizabeth Pile, 96, of Friedens, died Feb 26, 1973 in Berlin. She was born June 3, 1876 in Mifflintown, a daughter of Wilson and Emma (Dennis) Auman. Preceded in death by parents; husband William C.; five brothers and four sisters. She was a sister of: Rev. Lester Auman and Hazel Metcalf, both of Silver Lake, Iowa; Mrs. Verna Roggen, Sarasota, Florida. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 pm at the Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 1:30 pm Wednesday, The Rev. James R. Ling officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
