Myrtle Leona Wunnenberg, 82, of Morning Sun, died at 2:47 p.m. Monday, August 2, 2004, at the Morning Sun Care Center.
Born July 10, 1922, in Sperry, she was the daughter of Fred H. and Laura L. Hahn Wiegard. On February 6, 1942, she married Russel Henry Wunnenberg in Kahoka, Missouri. He died May 4, 1990.
Mrs. Wunnenberg was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dodgeville.
Survivors include one daughter, Leona Ruth Wunnenberg of Jackson, Wyoming.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
There will be no visitation. The body has been cremated.
The graveside committal service for Mrs. Wunnenberg will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Loper Cemetery in Sperry, with the Rev. Fr. Gerald Stouvenel officiating.
