Update, Nancy's parents were married in Fulton County 20 Feb 1838.
There was a Centerville in Fulton County at one time, but it was renamed to Cuba (when Centerville and Middleton merged) in 1837, about 8 years before Nancy's birth. This is unlikely to be the Centerville where Nancy was born.
Nancy's eldest sister, Harriet was born in Knox county, Illinois, about 1838. We know this because it is listed as the mother's birthplace on the death certificate of Harriet's daughter Elizabeth (Rock) Hick. Knox county is about 70 miles south of Fulton county and contains an unincorporated community called Centerville. It is very likely the Morgan family was living in Centerville, Knox County, Illinois for the births of their first 3 children Harriet (1838), Barbara (1843) and Nancy (1845). Their later born (1849-1859) children were born in Iowa.
