Thelma Zerby, 95, of Lacey passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Providence St. Peter Hospital . Thelma was born October 16, 1916 to Gus Edward and Frances Elizabeth (Rentle) Gaume, in Kalama, Washignton. Thelma Grew up in Pe Ell Washington. She Graduated from Pe Ell High School Class of 1934 with honors and had perfect attendance. She married Raymond Daniel Zerby on May 11, 1946 they lived for three years in Panama as well as three years in North Carolina, they moved to Lacey, Washington in 1956. Thelma was very elegant and enjoyed dancing, soaps, crossword puzzles and Sudoku. She also loved cats, cooking and gardening. Thelma lived independently, at Panorama City, for ten years prior to her passing. She is survived by her four children son Gary G. Weaver (Pat) of Las Vegas, NV; daughter Janet L. Foreman, Lacey, WA; son Gene R. Zerby(Sarah) of Shelton, WA; and son Ron P. Zerby (Russ) Lacey, WA; she is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; one niece Lynette Resch (Wayne) and a nephew Bryan Gaume (Dana).
