Jeffery went to be with the Lord on Aug 20,1999,taking his mother Letha Ann Carter with him.In a tragic car accident the day after his 14th birthday.He leaves his father Jeffery Allen Carter of the home,sister Kathleen Lightfoot Carter also of the home, a sister Lisa Marie Carter of Humansville,Mo.Grandparents Jack and Dorothy Carter of Kansas City North,Grandmother Nancy L.Proctor of Humansville,Mo.Many aunts,uncles,cousins and friends.
