Ramona Vintson age 75 of Brilliant, AL passed away, Saturday, September 8, 2012 at her residence.

She was born in Marion Co., AL on Wednesday, October 14, 1936 to Frank and Carrie Wates Flippo.

The graveside service will be at 2:00 pm, Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Center Cemetery. Larry Pollard will speak at the service.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack Vintson and parents, Frank and Carrie Flippo.

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Pam Hawkins and husband, Larry, Tina Darty and husband, Mark, Paula Vintson; grandsons, Jassen Tidwell and wife, Ava, Samuel Vintson; great granddaughters, Lauren Tidwell, Carmen Tidwell; brothers, Don Flippo and wife, Debbie, Robert Flippo; sister, Vera Lee Pollard and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Marion County Funeral Home assisted the family.
