David Amey, an aged resident of Lymanville, who had been in poor health for some time past, died on Thursday last. We are informed that he retained the full use of he mental facilities until the last, saying to some of those present that he was ready to die; giving directions to his grandson how to proceed with the farm. After arranging some other business matters, he made some requests as to his burial, and in a short time passed away as peacefully as though going to sleep. He will be greatly missed, especially at his home. We extend sympathy.
