Randall (Randy) E. Higgins 60 passed away peacefully at home on September 1, 2012. He was born August 11, 1952 in Prince George County, Virginia a son of Ralph and Jane Higgins.

Randy was a Skilled Carpenter but worked his last ten years at Mill Run Farm taking care of the farm and transporting horses that he so enjoyed doing. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, NASCAR and going to the drag strip.

Randy is survived by wife Diane of 40 years of marriage, three wonderful children Scott Elschlager wife Gina grandchildren Brandon and Brooke, daughter Melissa Reynolds husband Kent grandchildren KC and Kimberlei and son Jonathan Higgins companion Jason Merrill. Sisters Barbara Todd husband June, Vicki Todd and brother Larry Higgins wife Tammy, nieces, nephews and many many great supportive friends.

Family would like to thank Marietta and Belpre Strecker Cancer Center, Camden Clark Cancer Center doctors, nurses and staff for their care and compassion. The family would like to also thank Amedisys nurses and Housecalls nurses for their special care he was given. You all are very much appreciated.

Per Randy's request no services will be held and family will host friends and family at a later time.
