Ann Virginia Lively was born in Lindside, West Virginia in 1919 to Milton Lively and Hallie Virginia Ford. She married Garrel Richardson in West Virginia in 1938. They had a daughter, Nelda Virginia Richardson. Ann married Frederick Royal Robinson in Wayne County, IN in 1955. Ann joined with Stanley Eugene Grubaugh sometime around 1961 and they remained life companions. They possibly never married but Ann's obituary has a Grubaugh surname. The tombstone also reads with a Grubaugh surname. Ann's sister, Oma Rachel Lively Miller died in 2005, her obituary refers to her sister as Anna Robinson.

Mount Vernon - Ann V. Robinson Grubaugh, 81, of 113 E. Ohio Ave., Mount Vernon, died Tuesday, April 3, 2001, at her residence following a brief illness.
Ann was born April 24, 1919 in West Virginia and had spent most of her lifetime in the Mount Vernon area. She was retired from United Telephone Company where she had been employed 29 years as a telephone operator. She was a member of the Elks Lodge, AMVETS adn the VFW, all in Mount Vernon.
Surviving is her life companion of 40 years, Stanley E. Grubaugh of Mount Vernon, her daughter, Nelda (Don) Kreveski of Bridgeton, N.J., and her sister Oma Miller of Chesterville.
Besides her parents, a sister and two brothers preceded her in death.
Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 pm. at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home in Mount Vernon where funeral service will be Friday at 10 am. with the Rev. Joe Blevins officiating. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens.
