Mary Clare Peppler, 80, of Parkersburg, died May 8, 2004 at Eagle Pointe Nursing Facility. She was born in Parkersburg a daughter of the late John J. and Mary Agnes Dennison Peppler.
Mary was a 1942 graduate of DeSales Heights Academy in Parkersburg and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She retired from the U. S. Government as a clerk.
Surviving is a brother, Paul Peppler of Pensacola, FL, a sister, Elizabeth Peppler of Parkersburg and a sister-in-law, Wilma Dean Peppler of Parkersburg, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 3 brothers: John F., Raymond L. and Joseph Peppler, and a sister Genevieve Jenkins.
Mass of Christian burial will be 12:00 Noon Wednesday, Reverend Bill Matheny officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
