Early in life she united with the Baptist church and later transferred her membership to the Methodist church. She was active in church work and especially enjoyed bringing cheer to those who were sick or in need.
Surviving the deceased are: her mother, Claribel Harris of Topeka; her husband, Wesley Burgoyne of McLouth; two sisters, Mrs. Jeff Barnes of Lawrence and Mrs. Sidney Long of Topeka; one daughter, Mrs. Henry Bragg of Peoria, Illinois; one son, Harold Bradford of McLouth; six grandchildren, William, Wilda and Edviva Jene Bragg of Peoria, Illinois, and Richard, Perry and Clyde Thomas Bradford of McLouth; and other relatives and friends who will miss the one who has gone away.
