Frank K. Reynolds was born near Monticello, Indiana, on Oct. 29, 1899 and departed this life on May 5, 1976 at the Elk City Community Hospital after a short illness at the age of 76 years, 6 months and 6 days.
He left Indiana and came to Geary, Oklahoma with his parents in 1902 and on to the Roll Community in April 1903 to the place where he has resided the rest of his life.
He was married to Mamie Springer at Sayre, Oklahoma on March 12, 1927. To this union two children were born.
He accepted Christ as his Savior and was a faithful member of the Crawford Baptist Church for several years.
He is survived by his wife, Mamie of the home; two children Donald of Crawford and Bonnie June Hawkins of Durham; five grandchildren, Johnny Hawkins of Weatherford, Mickey Hawkins of Durham, Jack Hawkins of Canadian, Texas, Alexia Gay Freeman of Sweetwater, Larry Reynolds of Crawford and one great grandson, Derek Hawkins; By one brother, Lee Reynolds of Oklahoma City; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by four sisters and one brother and his parents.
Burial was in the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Oklahoma with Rose Chapel Funeral service in charge.
