Rites Wednesday At Crawford for 7-Months-Old Baby
Funeral services for Bobby Allen seven-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Allen of Crawford, in Roger Mills County, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Crawford Baptist Church, with Rev. Clois Hollins officiating. Burial will be in the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Oklahoma.
The baby, born September 1, 1941, at Crawford, had been ill for about 30 days and died late Monday, April 20, 1942 in a hospital at Shattuck.
Surviving are the parents, and nine brothers and sisters. They include Medabell Holt of Perryton, Texas and Jack, Junior, Clovis, Tennidell, Ellen, Lou, Sam and Josh Allen, all of Crawford.
Killough-Hullum funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
