Anderson homesteaded near Grand in 1896 and later moved to Roger Mills County where he had resided since.
He was born April 3, 1873 and was married to Nellie Graves in 1898. His wife preceded him in death in 1943.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. L.H. Roush of Amarillo, Mrs. Earl Fails and Miss Pauline Anderson of Albuquerque; four sons, Claude, John and Glen all of Cheyenne and Vernon of Albuquerque.
Other survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Williams of Artesia, New Mexico, Mrs. Sam Berry of Cheyenne and Mrs. O.H. Cotter of Foss.
Commital be in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Oklahoma with the Scroggins Funeral Home directing the service.
