Alice Delores Mercer, 78, of Charlotte Hall, MD (formerly of Upper Marlboro, MD) passed away in Charlotte Hall on May 19, 2019. Alice was born on April 3, 1941 in Queens, NY to Carmine and Alice Staker Cinicola. She moved to Maryland when she was 15. She had been employed as a rental property manager for RIMSI, a career which she enjoyed very much.

Alice loved spending time with her grandchildren, reading and traveling, especially cruising. She is survived by five sons, John (Yukino) Clyburn of Dunkirk, MD; Stephen (Joyce) Clyburn of Dunkirk, MD; Donald Webb of Manassas, VA; Joseph (Stacy) Webb of St. Leonard, MD and Anthony Webb of Dunkirk, MD; one daughter, Cynthia (Lewis) Thompson of Dunkirk, MD, a sister, Gilda Ruoff of Virginia 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Her husband, Walter "Russell" Mercer and brother, John Cinicola predeceased her.
