Kathy Jann Herriman Baker, 57, of Peachtree City, Georgia, died May 12, 2012 after a long battle with breast cancer. She was born September 8, 1954 in Springdale, Arkansas to Arlis and Madelyn Cook Herriman. She was a 1972 graduate of Huntsville High School and a 1977 graduate of the University of Arkansas where she obtained a degree in marketing. She loved gardening, caring for others, cheering for the Arkansas Razorbacks, celebrating Autumn, traveling to the mountains, hosting parties, and most of all, being with her family and friends. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, love of color coordinated pictures, generosity, inspiring attitude and love of life. She was preceded in death by her father, Arlis Herriman, Sr and her niece, Heather Herriman.

Survivors include: her husband of twenty-eight years, Charles Baker of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Kevin Hutcheson of Springfield, Missouri; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Kris and Meredith Baker of Sherrill, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Jenna Hutcheson; her mother, Madelyn Herriman of Bryant, Arkansas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Arlis Herriman, Jr. and Kathy Herriman of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Joe and JoAnne Herriman of Springdale, Arkansas; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jill and Phil McConnell of Bryant, Arkansas and Jennifer and Wyatt Blankenship of Mena, Arkansas; numerous nephews and nieces and many "fans" she called her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Saturday, May 19, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Scott Brandon officiating. Interment will be in the McBroom Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Tyler Herriman, John Herriman, Arlis Herriman, Jr., Joe Herriman, Todd Herriman and Matt Tomiello. Memorials may be made to caringbridge.or
