HAROLD E. PROBASCO

Harold E. Probasco, recognized as one of the best newspaper cartoonists in the country, died at his home in Cleveland, April 22, He had been ill for many weeks. As the originator of "Terrible Tessie" and "That's Different." He first drew attention. Of recent months he had been specializing in sport cartoons and had established himself among the leaders in that type of drawing when he was taken ill. He was 26 and had been married but a few months. His wife, Helen Byington Probasco, and his mother, Mrs. Anna Archibald of Owego, N.Y, survive him.
