LANCASTER: Ross E. Brown Jr., 87 of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away Monday September 3, 2012 at his residence.

He was born in Bremen, Ohio to the late Ross Sr. and Latisha (Price) Brown. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and Olivedale Senior Citizens.

He is survived by sons, Randall (Germaine) Brown of Cincinnati, Ohio, Charles (Virginia) Brown of Painted Post, New York; six grandchildren, Marc Brown, Andrew Brown, Cara Bredestege, Jeffrey Brown, Rebecca Hagely and Lisa Brown; nine great-grandchildren, Kysten Brown, Bryce Brown, Kayla Brown, Ayden Brown, Alexis Bredestege, Ava Bredestege, Haleigh Eblin, Jenna Brown and Samatha Hagley.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah B. Brown and his brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Reverend Matthew Richardson officiating.

Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery, Bremen, Ohio. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
