Mrs. Marietta Sitts, 79, of 106 Chestnut Str., a native of Fly Creek Valley, died Thurs. Dec. 5, at her home, following an extended illness.
Burial will be later in Fly Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Sitts was born Feb. 24, 1889, in Taylortown, Fly Creek Valley, a daughter of Rufus and Anna Rice Jarvis.
She was married to Owen H. Sitts, Dec 2, 1913 at her home. Mr. Sitts died Oct. 15, 1952.
Surviving are a son Harold J. Sitts, 106 Chestnut Str., a daughter Mrs. Arthur (Anna) Baker, Bridgewater, five grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
