Bertha Raye West, 83, passed away Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, at a Rockwall hospital. Service: 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
