Funeral services for Jesse Aklin, 81, a lifetime resident of Monroe who died Friday at the Skiff Memorial hospital, will be held Monday at 3:30 o'clock at the Methodist church in Monroe. Rev. George Pennington will officiate, and burial will be held at Monroe.
Survivors are a son, Richard, of Monroe, a daughter, Mrs. Martin Dalberg, of Laurens, and a stepson, Stanley Wilkins, Arlington, Tex.
