MARGARET (LORAN) FOSTER, 82, of 1510 Ave. L, Sterling, died early Sunday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Robert J. (Virginia Tresenriter), after a short illness. There will be visitation at the Grennan and Son Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Funeral rites will be conducted Tuesday morning with a 10:30 a.m. prayer service in the funeral home and 11 o'clock requiem mass in St. Mary's Catholic church. The Rev. Everett J. Hiller, officiated. Mrs. Foster was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Altar and Rosary Society which will say a rosary at eight o'clock this evening. Mrs. Foster was born Sept. 13, 1888 in Sterling, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Loran. She is survived by one daughter and one son, Mrs. Robert J. (Virginia) Tresenriter of Sterling and James Foster of Lansing, Mich., and also by one sister and one brothers Mrs. Mary Puckett of Sterling and John Loran of Monroe Wash. There are eight grandchildren. Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her husband James J. Foster, three grandchildren and four brothers.
