Mr. Flesher was born June 10, 1911, at Jamestown and had lived in Salina since 1974, moving from Concordia. He worked for the Missouri-Pacific Railroad and lived in Clifton. He later worked for Cloud Ceramic in Concordia. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the Order of Eastern Star and the Moose Lodge, all of Concordia.
A son, Arnold, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Winona of the home; a daughter, Andrea Thompson of Houston; three sisters, Julia Davis and Alice Davis, both of Concordia, and Geneva Haden of Hope; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be 2 pm Friday at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, the Rev. Robert Fleenor officiating. A Masonic service will follow at the Riverview Cemetery, Scandia.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
Visitation is after 9am Thursday at the funeral home.
