Morrisette- Laurence F. Morrisette, 406 N. Jackson St., Bay City passed away at Samaritan Hospital Thursday evening after a lingering illness. Age 60 years. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Morrisette he was born April 7, 1906 in Bay City and has resided here all of his life. He was a member of St. James Church, its Usher Club. Past Presendent of St. James Holy Name Society and a board member of United Bay Credit Union.
Funeral services will take place Monday, 8:30 am., at the W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel and 9:00 a.m. at St. James Chruch. Rt. Rev. Msgr. Charles Burkhardt will officiate with burial at St. Patrick Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited Sunday evening 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral chapel after 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
