Mabel Irene Hutcherson
Dresden – Mrs. Mabel Irene Hutcherson, 61, of Route 1, Dresden, widow of Wade Hutcherson, died Wednesday, November 17, 1982, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
Services were held Saturday afternoon at 1, at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel in Dresden, with Revs. Steve Delashmitt and Allen Jones officiating. Burial was in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden.
Pallbearers were Dale Hutcherson, Dickie Hutcherson, Frank Shanklin, Howard Smith, Tom Reavis, and Kenneth Gatewood.
Born March 22, 1921 in Weakley County, she was a daughter of the late Sam M. Kimbel and the former Ethel Heath. She was a housewife and was preceded in death by her husband in 1980.
Survivors include a son, Sam Hutcherson of Memphis; two daughters, Jackie Sharp of Canada, and Susan Hutcherson of Dresden, along with three grandchildren.
