Peter is the son of Stephen J. Grigorieff (1920-1962) and Mary M. Goosev (1921-2000). He is one of four known children: Peter, John, Vera, and Jim.

He married Cheryl Heide.They have two children: Jeffrey and Michelle.

A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 1996, in Cornwell Colonial Chapel in Woodburn for Peter S. Grigorieff, a vocational instructor at MacLaren School who died of a heart attack Aug. 22 at age 55.
Mr. Grigorieff was born Sept. 15, 1940, in Tehran, Iran, and moved to the United States in 1948. He graduated from Gervais High School. In 1962, he married Cheryl Heide. He was a vocational instructor at McLaren School and hada furniture upholstering business.
Survivors include his wife; daughter, Michelle Hurliman of Hermiston; son, Jeff of Woodburn; brothers, John of Salem, Jim of Hubbard and Bill of Fullerton, Calif.; sister, Vera Zimmerman of Salem; and mother, Mary Konovaloff of Woodburn.
Interment will be in Belle Passi Cemetery in Woodburn.
