A native of Eckhart, he was a son of the late George H. and Margaret (Engle) Eisentrout. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Constance (Retallic) Eisentrout.
Mr. Eisentrout was member of the Knights of Pythias, Junior Order of Mechanics and the United Mine Workers.
Other survivors, besides his wife, include a daughter, Mrs. George Little, Painesville, Ohio; two step-sons, Earl and Edward Kroll, both of Midland; three sisters, Mrs. William Albright, Mt. Union, Pa., Mrs. Thomas Taylor, Midland, and Mrs. Julia Probst, residing in Michigan; three brothers, John A. and Edward Eisentrout, both at Midland, and Leonard Eisentrout, also residing in Michigan, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Eichorn Funeral Home, here where the family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted Saturday at the funeral home by Rev. Clarence McCloud, of Midland, and Rev. Paul Taylor, Frostburg. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
