Beulah Onalee Davis was born April 22, 1923, at Central City, IA the daughter of Erwin R. and Emma B. Zimmerman George. She attended the local schools and graduated from Central City High School.

In 1957 she moved to Lamont and was an owner in the Lamont Elevator Co.

Beulah was united in marriage to Gerald Douglas Davis, on June 7, 1986 at Lamont, IA. Beulah lived in Lamont until a stroke put her in the hospital and then the Cedar Falls Health Care Facility about a year ago.

Beulah died on Sunday, July 5, 1998 at the Cedar Falls Health Care Center after a lengthy illness following a stroke. She was 75 years of age.

Beulah was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Charlotte Carpenter.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas, of Lamont; two daughters; Elaine O. Bliss of Lamont and Marilyn Dlugasch and husband, Albert of Jackson Heights, NY.

Burial was in Campton cemetery.
