John Bottorff died at 12:45 a. m. today at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Wm. Annis of Lyon lake in Fredonia, of a complication of diseases. He had resided with her since Nov. 1, coming from Charleston, Ind. He was 83 years old. His wife died in 1882. He is survived by four children, Mrs. Clre E. Cuatt of this city; Mrs. Wm. J. Annis of Fredonia, A. O. Bottorff of Buenos Aires, South American, and Frank Bottorff of Fredonia. He is also survived by three brothers who reside in Indiana. The funeral will occur Sunday at 2:30 p. m. from the residence of W. J. Annis. Rev. R. W. Merrill will officiate. Interment in the Lyon lake cemetery.

The funeral of John Bottorff of Fredonia, was held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 from the residence of W. J. Annis, Rev. R. W. Merrill officiating. Mrs. John Blue, Mr.a nd Mrs. Kanon and Mr. Lowe sang, and interment was in the Lyon Lake cemetery. Messrs. Brown, Briggs, Lowe and Plankenhorn acting as pallbearers.
