He was a son of the late Jacob and Ella Rynard Deihl and was employed by the Carlisle Tire and Rubber Company at the time of his death.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs Edna Barrick Deihl, and the following children, Lester C, Carlisle RD2; Jacob B, Carlisle, Kenneth J, Carlisle RD3; Wilmer E, Mt Holly Springs, and Mary E and Paul C, both at home; also these stepchildren, Kenneth A Barrick, Plainfield; Roy
A Barrick, at home; Dean A Barrick, Greason, and Oscar H Barrick, Illinois, and the following brothers and sisters, George Deihl, Carlisle RD3; Mrs Roy Wert and Roy Deihl; both of Mechanicsburg RD1; Mrs Weir Stout, Mechanicsburg, and Mrs Clarence Sapp, Clinton, O; nine grandchildren and nine stepgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 in the J R Shulenberger Funeral Home, with Rev Joseph Ritter officiating. Interment will be in Westminster Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening.
