Son of Charles & Mary S. Zadoorian; baby brother of Agnes (killed in the Armenian Genocide), Mary, Bert (who was also in WWII), and Agnes.

Technical Sergeant, 853rd Bomber Squadron, 491st Bomber Group (Heavy), U.S. Army Air Forces. Entered the service from Michigan. Awarded the Air Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters and the Purple Heart.

Engineering Sgt Zadoorian was a member of the 853rd Sq of the 491st. Bomber B24-J 42-50749 749 was last seen with her No. 3 engine on fire, No. 4 was first feathered, then No. 3. The plane exploded upon impact. Crash location 5144N-0640E. (Thanks to Mike Davis for providing that additional information.)
