Obituary.

Mrs. Fanna Kiblin Brown was born in Sandy Creek, N.Y., July 28, 1861, and died in Sandy Creek, N.Y., June 5, 1890, aged 29 years. Mrs. Kiblin was one of seven children born to Asa and Sylvina A. Brown. The names of the children respectively, according to age areas follows, viz.: Delmatia M., Eva I., Fanna O., Frank E., Charles 0., Ann J;, and Vina E. The last named, Vina E,, died some two years since; leaving a beautiful testimony of divine grace to support even in the arms of death. Mrs. Kiblin, therefore take a second member of othis family who has passed to the home above. She had been suffering from failing health for nearly two years, alternating between hope and fear, sometimes thinking she was better and hopeful of recovery, then doubtful as to whether she would live to see her little family grown to womanhood.

She was married to Mr. Stillman Kiblin, Feb. 11, 1881, and now the nine short year's of wedded life have come to an end, leaving a lonely husband, two little girls aged seven and five years, without the care of a mother, besides father and mother, brothers and sisters and many friends in sorrow and tears.

Mrs. Kiblin had not neglected the provision requisite to secure the favor of heaven and eternal life. She found peace with her Maker and assurance Of hope about eight years ago, under the pastoral labors of the Rev. J.B. Hammond, and received the sacrament of Christian baptism and gave her name to the church, and dial not lose sight of that Saviour who gave his life for her, and who gave her triumphant victory even in death. The living sorrow, but the dead are at rest in peace.

June 16, 1890.
