Otis Burnham was born in Beverly, Mass.Dec 30, 1845. He was the son of Zebulon Burnham (born in Essex, Mass.) and Sarah Knowlton(born in Hamilton, Mass.) When Otis died of pneumonia at the age of 66 years, 6 days on January 5, 1912, he was married, residing at 13 Summer St., Beverly, and by occupation, a police officer.
