She was born Dec. 27, 1919, in Ashland, Wis., the daughter of the late Albert and Gladys Mitchell Schultz.
She married Harold Sannes on Oct. 29, 1928, at St. Agnes Church in Ashland, Wis. Her husband preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, two sons, a sister-in-law, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, James Sannes, and one sister, Faye Monaco.
She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and worked for many years at A & W Root Beer and Schwartz Drug Store.
Visitation will be at noon on Monday, Dec. 15, at Saksa Mateer Funeral Home in Edwardsville.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 15, at the funeral home with the Rev. Fr. John Corredato officiating.
Interment will be in Valley View Cemetery.
