Formerly of Brillion, age 80, died Sunday, September 25 from a lingering illness.

She was born April 4,1897 in the Town of Brillion. Her parents were John and Emma Bastian Wolfmeyer. She married Benjamin Zick August 19, 1920 in Brillion. She farmed with her husband until 1968 when they moved to Brillion. She was a member of the Rural Brillion Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.

Survivors are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Tamm, Brillion; two sons, Warren, Barberton, Ohio; and Marlin, Appleton; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Esther Schnell, Appleton; two brothers, Alvin Wolfmeyer, Brillion; and Nelson Wolfmeyer, Kewaskum. A sister and two brothers preceded her in death.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Rural Brillion United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Calmer Overlien officiating. Burial will be in the Bluff Cemetery, Brillion. Friends may call from 4p.m. Tuesday at Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion, until 10a.m. Wednesday, then at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
