Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Queen, wife of the late Lee Queen, died at her home in Graham Wednesday and funeral services were held for her at the Baptist Church in Lipan Thursday, December 6, by a former pastor, Bro. McCaury of Perrin.
Mrs. Queen had lived at Lipan for many years and had been active most of the 83 years of her life. A large crowd of relatives and friends from Atar were here for the funeral. Interment was in the Bishop Cemetery.
