Sarah Luticia Allbright married Lafayette G. Hull on October 18, 1885. She was Lafayette's second wife; his first wife, Elmira Glass Hull, died in 1885. Sarah and Lafayette had three children, Maud Alice Hull 1888-1923; Wilbur Hull 1891-1911; and Mabel M. Hull 1884-1950. In addition, Sarah cared for her step-children Marvin L. Hull, Josephine (Josie) A. Hull; and twins George W. and Oscar Wesley Hull.

She was the essence of love to her granddaughter Mary Gray (Bayes) who always spoke of her humor and kindness. At the age of 80, Sarah would pull up her long dress to her knee and say to the grandkids, "Pretty nice legs for an old lady," then laugh. The strongest curse word she ever used was "Pshaw!" and she had a very happy marriage to Lafayette.
