SIZEMORE Lawrence E. "Larry".88, died Nov. 10, 1999. He was born Dec. 20, 1910 in Wilburton, OK to Charles & Celia (Lewis) Sizemore. Larry was raised in Henryetta, OK.
After he graduated from high school, Larry pursued many vocations. He successfully completed business school and then began college at the University of Oklahoma where he received his chemical Engineering and Law Degrees. He worked for a short time in the Oil Business, then enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where he honorably served his country while working at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds. While in Aberdeen, Maryland, he met and later married Louise Michael on June 20, 1942. After his discharge from the Navy they returned to Oklahoma.
For the past 50 years he owned and operated Larry Sizemore, Inc., Attorney at Law.
He was an active member of the Asbury United Methodist Church, where he served as a Sunday school Teacher, vocalist, and the Methodist Men. Larry was a wonderful Christian witness, loving husband, and friend to many. All who knew him never saw him without his Bible, which he knew from front to back. He was a servant of God, who will be greatly missed by his living wife of 57 years,
