Rosanna Virginia Sanders Durham was born January 7,1869 to Ephraim James and Lucinda sanders Rose married Schualer Colfax Durham on June 24,1888 in Union county Illinois.He died August 22,1905.Mrs.Rosa Durham 78 died last night after a long illness at her home,406 South First street.Mrs.Durham a lifetime resident of this county was a member of the First Baptist Church for 50 years and a charter member of Rebekah Lodge 664.Surviving are three children Mrs. Ermon Braden and T.L.Epps of Benton and C.M.Durham of Claremore Oklahoma.She alson leaves two half sisters Mrs.Eva Fisher and Mrs.Louisa Braden both of Benton.Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 at the First Baptist Church with Rev. A.V.Lawson officiating.Interment will be in the Masonic and Odd Fellows cemetery under direction of the Freeman funera; home.The body will lie at the funeral home after 2 p.m. tomorrow.
