Rosie, sixth born of Christina Maria (Christensen) and Soren Christian (Chris) Christensen, was born on March 26, 1896, in Monowi, Nebraska. Rosie is the twin sister to Elmer. Rosie died on January 18, 1990, in Niobrara Valley Hospital. She was buried on January 22, 1990, in the Alford Cemetery in rural Monowi, Nebraska. Funeral services were at the United Methodist Church in Lynch, Nebraska with Rev. Jean Alnor officiating.
