She is survived by her husband, John Clements; daughters Traci and Trina (Kevin); two grandchildren, Justin and Jessie; and great-grandchild Damion. Jackie is also survived by her mother, Lois Munson (Frank Rooney); sisters Vicki Grimmet, Debbie (Steve) Spitzer; brothers Mike and Chris (Melanie) Munson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
