Wilhelm Franz "Bill" Broberg was an assistant stillman for a chemical plant. He was killed in an automobile accident on Highway 16, in Weston County, Wyoming, 3½ miles east of Upton, according to his death certificate. His obituary states he died in Newcastle, Wyoming, but that was the location of the County Coroner's office.

Hi was a US Army veteran of World War II, enlisted 14 Nov 1941 and discharged 20 Dec 1945.
