Eunice was the daughter of Josiah and Eunice Parker, and the first wife of Isaac Jewitt, whom she married on the 2nd of December in 1819 in Nelson, New Hampshire. The couple had three children, first, Francis, born on September 19 1820, and second, Hannah, born on June 6, 1824.
On March 26, 1829, she and Isaac became the parents of a daughter, Eunice Mariah Jewett. A week later, Eunice Parker Jewett died from the after effects of childbirth.
