SAYRE MAN INJURED
IN AUTO WRECK

Walter Locke of Sayre was seriously injured in a collision which occurred six miles north and two miles east of Sweetwater last Friday morning.

Locke was driving a 1949 Ford sedan and was traveling south on the county road approaching an intersection when Jodie Archer of Cheyenne approached the intersection traveling west. Apparently neither driver saw the other due to the blinded intersection.

The left front of the Locke vehicle struck the right front of the Ford. Locke was thrown clear of the vehicle. He is now hospitalized at Sayre. Archer was uninjured. Total damage to both vehicles was estimated at $1800.00.

In February 1980 Joseph was living in/near Hammon, Oklahoma.
In March 1987 Joseph was living in/near Hammon.
